1. Ordering and Customization

We sell ready-made and custom political signs online. Custom orders are available for an additional fee and may require more production time. Please ensure all custom text is correct when submitted; we are not responsible for customer errors.

2. Payment

We accept most major online payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payment is required in full at checkout.

3. Shipping

We ship political signs throughout the United States. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the size of your order and delivery location. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

4. Returns and Refunds

If you receive the wrong sign or your product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll either issue a refund or send a corrected replacement. Due to the nature of custom products, returns are not accepted for correct and approved custom designs.

5. Product Quality

All signs are made with weatherproof materials and high-quality print finishes to ensure durability outdoors. However, exposure to extreme weather may affect lifespan.

6. Content and Responsibility

We do not impose restrictions on sign content. By submitting a custom order, you take full responsibility for the language and design submitted. Hey Neighbor is not liable for any content-related disputes.

7. Changes and Updates

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version on our website at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
